How best to Spend one's day



Life has become very dynamic and therefore it is important we have healthy practices in our daily life. Follow these to ensure you have a fulfilling day! 


Start your day with a positive note - Everyday is a new start - leave behind your setbacks.

When faced with multiple tasks, Start by dong what's necessary, then do what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible

Make sure you maintain a balance between on screen (facing gadgets) & off-screen (away from gadgets)
Avoid everything & take a 10-minute free walk, away from the hustle & bustle. It's a way to spend sometime with yourself. I'm sure you will enjoy this one once you start doing.

Before going to bed -

  • Read few pages of your favourite book. If you are not fond of reading any book, listen to any of your favourite music-this will give you a peaceful sleep
  • Plan for the next day - Avoid being generic; be as precise as possible of how you are going to utilise the rest of the day. Few years down the line, this would make lot of difference!
  • Have you been able to achieve from the check-list made last night for the day?
                                            
This one is most difficult & therefore placed at the last though should have been the first point - Get up early in the mornings - it's the secret of success according to some of the great leaders
