How to retrieve auto-saved passwords on Google Chrome



We tend to auto-save our passwords when logging into certain websites. Once we choose Chrome to save the password for auto-login, over a period of we tend to forget these passwords.

Here is a hack that helps you access all those passwords.


Follow the below instructions -
Step 1 -
Go to Chrome Settings page as depicted below


Step 2 -
Scroll down the settings page. At the end of the page you can find "Show Advanced Settings". Click on it.

Step 3 -
Once you click the option "Show Advanced Settings", scroll down to find "Manage Passwords".


Step - 4
Once you click on "Manage Passwords", a screen pops out showing the accounts/websites for which Chrome has saved password(s). Click on "Show" against each site to know the password for each site.




Alternatively, you could go to passwords.google.com to know the saved passwords for each of the sites you have saved.
